Health Teaching Sessions

Health teaching sessions are almost an integral aspect of any community health plan. It targets varied audiences of any age, depending on the topics to be discussed. For the fourth exposure, team NBB decided to alot a day to conduct health teaching sessions at the New Barili Elementary school, particularly grades I, II, and III; as well as the Daycare center. The topics were about good hygiene and sanitation practices and the correct way to segregate waste. Aside from the older audiences, the team strongly believes that one way to modify future behaviors is by introducing and teaching them practices at a young age. Also, to better understand the topics, game-based segregation, return demo on hand washing and art activities were organized for the kids.
