Art to Save a Heart: The Senior Citizens' Colors

The medical students assigned in New Barili ensures to attend the monthly senior citizens' meeting every exposure. Aside from blood pressure taking, this regular event becomes an avenue for the students to share valuable health teachings that may be helpful for the elderly. For the 4th exposure however, as a part of the CHP on hypertension, the team came up with their first ever fund raising activity, and that is: Art to Save a Heart. reed upon. Here, the senior citizens participated by making artworks of their choice and placing colorful thumb marks on 3 main canvasses. These artworks are to be displayed in an exhibit, and shall be sold to interested buyers. The proceeds shall be used to obtain Anti-hypertensive kits that will consist of towels, booklets, name tags and other materials.
