1st MRF Base/Foundation Construction

Date: January 20, 2020, Place: New Barili Barangay Lot

Members of the barangay council came together to construct the base of the 1st upgraded MRF. The design was based on the design submitted to the barangay by the Team NBB, which was noted by the Municipal Development Council. For this day and the following day, the council focused only on the construction & concreting of the base of the MRF which have a dimension of 4 meters by 1.5 meters, with 4 compartments for: Plastic bottles recyclables; Can/Tin recyclables; Residual waste; & Special Waste. The construction was an all-day affair, which was continued the next day for the finishing of the concrete base. As verbalized by the barangay captain, resumption of the construction of the vertical structure will be at the first week of February 2020. During lunch time, the Team NBB & the barangay council made a “salo-salo”
